NeuroNation– I felt “foggy” after being diagnosed with MS. It took longer for me to answer questions, and I felt like my brain wasn’t as sharp as it once was. Now I believe in working out your brain just as much as your body. Great place to find games to play in order to get back cognitive ability.
Achieve Your Goals with Hal Elrod– I am all about goals. I consider this the #1 podcast on achieving your goals. Start with episode #1.
This is Your Life– Micheal Hyatt does a great job at deconstructing what is holding you back in life.
The Tim Ferriss Show– After reading his books I decided to listen to one of his podcast episodes. Pick the right epesode and you will be plesently surprised. My favorite is on the ketogenic diet and its benefits.
The 4-Hour Work Week – Have you ever thought to yourself “why do we wait to retire in order to live our dreams”? This book changed my mindset completely.
The Richest Man in Babylon – Great book to learn about building wealth in money and in relationships.
The Alchemist– This might very well be my favorite book all time. After reading this book I wanted to achieve all of my dreams. The bonus: it is a quick read.
Mans Search For Meaning – Do you want to figure out what the true meaning of life is? This book definitely gets you thinking. This book can be slow at times but I fell in love with the message.
“And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”- The Alchemist
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.”- Henry Ford
“If you don’t want to build your own dream, someone else will hire you to build theirs” – Tony Gaskins Jr.
